1. About us These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) apply to your use of singingattitude.com and any lessons, assessments, packages, gift vouchers, memberships, or related services purchased from Singing Attitude Ltd (“we”, “us”, “our”). Contact: contact@singingattitude.com 2. Who these services are for Our services are provided online and are intended for personal development and coaching. Under 18s: If the student is under 18, a parent or legal guardian must purchase services and accept these Terms on the student’s behalf. We may ask for confirmation of parental/guardian consent. 3. Booking, scheduling, and access • Booking instructions and access details (e.g., video call links) are provided by email and/or in your user portal. • You are responsible for having a stable internet connection, compatible device, and a quiet space to participate. 4. Prices and payment • Prices are shown on the website/checkout at the time you order. • Payments are processed by Stripe (a third-party payment processor). We do not store your full card details. 5. Lessons, assessments, packages, and credits Where you purchase a package, membership, or credits: • Credits are redeemable only for the eligible service types described at purchase. • Unless stated otherwise at checkout, credits are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash. • Any expiry/validity period (for example, “valid for 12 months”) will be shown at purchase and/or in your portal and applies from the purchase date. 6. Cancellations & Rescheduling You can cancel or reschedule a session online up to 2 hours before the scheduled start time. • 24+ hours before start: cancel or reschedule with no fee. • 2–24 hours before start: cancel or reschedule is allowed, and a £10 late change fee applies. • Less than 2 hours before start: online cancellation/rescheduling is unavailable. Please contact support as soon as possible. If you cancel within the allowed window, you will keep a credit for that session so you can rebook at a later date. Refunds are not automatic and may be considered only in exceptional circumstances at our discretion. If we need to reschedule • If we need to reschedule for any reason, we will offer the next available slot or a credit/refund for that session. 7. Refunds and consumer cancellation rights (UK) If you are a UK consumer, you may have a legal right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days (“cooling-off period”) unless an exception applies. Because our services are time-specific coaching sessions: • If you book a session to take place within 14 days, you agree that we may begin providing the service before the end of the cooling-off period. Once the session has been delivered, you lose the right to cancel that delivered portion. • For packages/memberships, if you cancel within 14 days and services have already been delivered, we may deduct a proportionate amount for the sessions/benefits already provided. Refunds (if due) are made to the original payment method. 8. Gift vouchers • Gift vouchers may be redeemed only as described at purchase and are not redeemable for cash. • Voucher validity/expiry is stated at purchase (e.g., “valid for 12 months”). • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or shared voucher codes. We may, at our discretion, reissue codes if we can verify the original purchase. 9. Recording and materials • Any lesson materials we provide (documents, exercises, recordings, videos) are for your personal use only and may not be redistributed, published, or sold without our permission. • If you wish to record a session, you must request consent in advance. We may refuse recording requests. 10. Health and safety Coaching is not medical advice. If you experience pain, persistent hoarseness, or other concerning symptoms, stop and seek advice from a qualified medical professional. 11. Acceptable use You agree not to: • misuse the website or portal, • attempt to gain unauthorised access to systems/accounts, • harass, abuse, or discriminate against anyone involved in the service. We may suspend or terminate access for serious or repeated misuse. 12. Liability We aim to provide the service with reasonable care and skill. To the extent permitted by law: • We are not liable for losses caused by factors outside our control (e.g., internet outages, third-party platform issues). • We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses. Nothing in these Terms limits liability where it would be unlawful to do so (e.g., for fraud). 13. Changes to these Terms We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Last updated” date shows when changes were made. Material changes will be highlighted on the website or via email/portal where appropriate. 14. Governing law These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction (unless consumer law provides otherwise).
